Delivery And Shipping

Bathrackcove provides delivery services to customers across the UK and Europe. Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with the following terms.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received and the order details have been confirmed.

Processing time is separate from the delivery period.

2. Delivery Service

Orders may be delivered through established carriers, including:

• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS Priority services

The carrier used may depend on the delivery destination and the applicable delivery arrangement.

The standard delivery period is 5–10 working days after dispatch.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will normally be sent automatically to the email address provided when the order was placed.

Where tracking updates are available, notifications may be provided at key stages, including:

• Arrival at a logistics point;
• Local delivery.

The timing and availability of individual tracking updates may vary according to the carrier and destination.

4. Delayed Deliveries

Following the investigation and consideration of the circumstances of the particular order, we may arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.

Any applicable statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

5. Delivery Risk

The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically received by the customer or by a person nominated by the customer, other than a carrier appointed by us.

The transfer of goods to a carrier does not by itself transfer the risk of loss or damage to the customer.
